Worth’s Southside district that features a modern design aesthetic that ties into the historical

context of Magnolia Street. Its highlight is the exterior patio, bar, and restaurant adjacent to

the public park on the property. The hotel has modern guest rooms that overlook the Fort

Worth skyline and Magnolia Street. It also features board room meeting spaces and a

modern fitness center. Our goal is to activate and enhance the area with a successful

Hilton Hotel Brand, Tempo, and connect with the public park and surrounding businesses.
