Construction is underway on a new, 150-room Hotel Indigo in Irving, Texas, scheduled to open in 2023. The property will offer 3,300 square feet of meeting space.
All guest rooms at the new IHG hotel will feature canal views, and there will be a 90-seat, full-service restaurant and bar. The design, developed by Type Six, also includes an infinity-edge swimming pool and a fitness center. The meeting space will consist of a ballroom and a boardroom.
