NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TX – Caddo Office Reimagined is proud to announce the official groundbreaking of its ninth location at 8376 Davis Blvd on Tuesday, October 10th. Special guests included North Richland Hills Mayor Oscar Trevino, President of the Northeast Tarrant Chamber of Commerce Jack Bradshaw, and Economic Development Director of North Richland Hills Craig Hulse.
Tim Slaughter, president and co-founder of Caddo Office Reimagined, expressed his enthusiasm for this expansion into Tarrant County, saying, “Our current members have been asking us to open a location in Tarrant County for some time and we were thrilled to find this easily accessible location near the intersection of North Tarrant Parkway and Davis Blvd. This region boasts a thriving small business culture that is underserved by traditional office and coworking operations.”
“While office buildings and long-term leasing arrangements are facing challenges, the demand for the Caddo concept is on the rise,” Slaughter said. “The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated a fundamental shift – people now want the convenience of having most of their life activities, including, work, exercise, healthcare, education, and worship within a 10- or 15-minute drive of their home. ”Among the event attendees were representatives from partner vendors involved in the ground-up construction project, including Caddo Builders, Type Six Design & Development, and Seventy Sixty-One Design.
